Leading the hideous charts was Germany with their pink and blue which did not match their flag color. What were you thinking? However, I loved Czech Republic in their galoshes.

My favorite highlight of the ceremonies had to be Bond and the Queen!
It was a tough decision but I think I finally made it.
Best -India (I love the girls outfits!)
Worst - Spain (There is no team unity. Also, the boys have giant orange ties that don't match any other part of the outfit.)
Runners up for worst was definitely Germany and runner up for best was Argentina.
My favorite outfits were Jamaica! I love those bright colors. As for the worst, Germany. Are you kidding me with those baby blue and baby pink colors? What, are we supposed to be watching Jim and Pam in the first seasons of The Office??
Seeing as I'm representing Germany, I'd like to thank a trade deficit for not allowing more than two horrible colors of spandex to be imported prior to the games. But, on the bright side, they were inexpensive. ;)

Who doesn't love Ryan Lochte in Ralph Lauren? USA for the best and Spain got the short end of the stick. Spain for the worst.
The worst was Turkmenistan so question. The best dressed had many contenders but I will have to say Turkey!

there were some people that shouldnt have been wearing red shorts they looked like weird acdc wannabees.
While watching I didn't like Denmark, but looking at the pictures, I really love their outfits. Especially the girls. The guys look very classy.
Given that we cannot vote for the people carrying the names of the country, the next worst dress would be Hungary...sorry not a fan of the cowboy look.
Gambia's Heafty bag outfits were my favorites for worst outfit.
Chilie was my favorite.
