Ninth post for the Olympic Rings competition, Graydon Cress (Georgia) made his second picture of rings out of lemons.

Spain breaks the drought and Mireia Belmonte Garcia won Spain's first medal in the 200m butterfly today!

Congrats Spain (Dakota Decker) for entering the medal race. Thanks for submitting the picture :)

And as Always,
May the Odds be ever in your Favor!

Eighth post for the Olympic Rings competition, Brittany Cress (Turkey) made Olympic rings out of herself and friends from her work at International Justice Mission.

Bonus points: Turkey - 5 points - This is because this is the 50th post on the blog. Good timing!

Erin Cress (Denmark) was walking a few blocks from her house when she stumbled across a Denmark watch company. Danish Pride!!!

Dakota Decker (Spain) just gave us a link to this amazing Olympics montage video. It truly highlights the passion, emotion and drive of the Olympics. Dakota says, "One of the best Olympic montages, the song is done by muse, a british band. who knew?!"

Hidden Bonus point: 5 pts to Spain (Dakota). Keep sharing these awesome videos!

Seventh post for the Olympic Rings competition, Alix Boyd (Argentina) turned breakfast with a friend into the Olympic rings.

Graydon Cress (Georgia) decided to swim like an Olympiad today in the Biola University pool. In true Olympian fashion, he gave it everything that he had and lost his breakfast in the locker room trash can for the sake of pushing his body as far as it could go.

Hidden Bonus point of the day: 10 pts to Georgia for living the dream, no matter the consequence.

"Find your greatness" to quote Nike!

Pam Keller (Italy) wanted to recognize an enthusiastic Italian athlete who celebrated his birthday with a gold medal - not a bad way to spend a birthday!

"Italy's Daniele Molmenti celebrates winning the gold medal in the final of the K-1 men's kayak slalom at Lee Valley Whitewater Center, at the 2012 Summer Olympics, Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, in Waltham Cross near London."

Congratulations, Italy (Pam Keller) and keep sharing great stories like these! These stories really make the Olympics.
